Quality Checks
- Consistent Terminology and Style: Where needed, we create a glossary of technical terms, personal names, and brand names to keep wording consistent within a project and across a series.
- Separate Translation Review: Another translator checks the translation against the original for errors, omissions, and unnatural phrasing.
- Readable, Well-Timed Subtitles: We check timing, line breaks, and display duration against the audio and visuals to ensure subtitles are easy to follow.
- Voice-over Review: Before delivery, we check pronunciation, completeness, pace, and timing against the video. Misread or missing lines are corrected or re-recorded as needed.
Delivery and Confidentiality
We can deliver subtitle files, voice-over audio, or videos with subtitles, voice-over, or both. We confirm file formats, video integration, and any other production requirements when preparing your quote.
Every translator and voice artist involved in your project signs a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Project files are transferred through encrypted channels and archived or deleted after completion according to your instructions. Without your permission, we do not share your materials outside the project team or use them for any other purpose.
How to Order
1. Send Your Materials: Share your video, existing subtitles or script, and any relevant reference materials via WeChat or email.
2. Tell Us What You Need: Specify the source and target languages, intended use, services required, delivery format, and deadline. For voice-over, we will also discuss your preferred voice and delivery style.
3. Receive a Quote: We assess the video length, available materials, languages, and production requirements, then confirm the price, delivery schedule, and scope of revisions.
4. Translation and Production: We carry out the agreed translation, subtitle timing, or voice-over recording. Depending on the project, we provide sample subtitles or voice-over previews for approval before completing production and review.
5. Delivery and Support: You receive the subtitle files, audio, or video in the agreed formats. Revisions are handled within the agreed scope and revision period.
