Simultaneous Interpreting
We provide simultaneous interpreting for international conferences, academic forums, investment promotion events, and other large events. Our services include:
- Interpreter Teams: We recommend two interpreters per language so they can take turns and maintain consistent performance throughout the event.
- Equipment Rental: We supply simultaneous interpreting equipment, including central control units, interpreting booths, infrared transmitters, receivers, and headphones.
- Advance Preparation: Our interpreters review conference materials in advance to familiarize themselves with the topics, terminology, and agenda.
Booking and Preparation
We recommend booking 3–7 days in advance to allow time to select suitable interpreters and prepare for your event. Please share any relevant meeting materials and industry terminology when booking. For simultaneous interpreting, we also confirm the venue setup and equipment requirements in advance.
