Simultaneous interpreting is suitable for international conferences, academic forums, investment promotion events and other large gatherings. We provide:
- Simultaneous interpreters; we recommend two interpreters per language working in rotation
- Simultaneous interpreting equipment rental: central control units, interpreting booths, infrared transmitters, receivers and headphones
- Advance review of conference materials so interpreters can prepare for the subject matter
Booking and preparation
Please book interpreting services 3–7 days in advance where possible. This gives us time to find a suitable interpreter and prepare with your industry terminology and meeting materials. For simultaneous interpreting, venue conditions and equipment requirements need to be confirmed in advance.
