Using translations with our company seal
Our translations bear the seal of the company named on our business license. They can be prepared for the following procedures. Acceptance depends on the receiving institution's requirements:
- Notarization at a notary public office
- Authentication by China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs or foreign embassies and consulates in China
- Overseas credential verification through the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange under the Ministry of Education
- Filing court cases involving foreign parties
- Visa applications to exit-entry administration authorities
We format translations on company letterhead with a translation declaration and space for the signature and company seal. Please share any formatting requirements from the receiving institution when placing your order.
How to order
1. Send clear photos or scans of your documents by WeChat or email.
2. We confirm the language and intended use, then provide a quote.
3. We send the completed translation electronically for you to check.
4. Once you confirm the details, we apply our company seal. Collect the printed translation or have it delivered by courier.
