We are Yida Translation Service Co., Ltd., a registered translation company based in Hefei, Anhui, China. We provide document translation and content localization services for individuals, businesses, and institutions.
Over the years, we have built a network of translators covering more than 80 languages, with expertise across law, business, technology, engineering, education, and culture. We are committed to accurate translations, consistent terminology and formatting, strict confidentiality, and on-time delivery.
Our Approach
Every translation should serve its intended purpose and audience. We pay close attention to legal wording, business conventions, technical terminology, and the submission requirements for certificates and other official documents. By considering each document's purpose and context, we preserve its meaning and tone while ensuring that the translation reads naturally and works in its intended setting.
Our Translators and Workflow
All translators must pass a translation test before joining our network. For each project, we select translators whose language pairs, subject expertise, and professional backgrounds match your needs.
Every project follows a three-stage process: translation, review, and final proofreading. Professional reviewers check the translation for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, paying particular attention to terminology and formatting. A final proofreading stage ensures that the completed translation is ready for delivery.
All translators sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Project files are transferred through encrypted channels and, once the project is complete, archived or deleted according to your instructions.
