Who we are
Hefei Yida Translation Service Co., Ltd. is a registered translation company founded in 2008. We are based in Government Affairs and Cultural New District, Hefei, Anhui, China. We provide document translation and localization for individuals, businesses and institutions.
In 17+ years, we have built a translator network covering 80+ languages and gained experience in law, business, technology, engineering, education and culture. Our priorities are accurate translation, consistent terminology and formatting, confidentiality and on-time delivery.
Our approach
A translation needs to work for its intended reader and purpose. Legal documents require precise wording, business materials need appropriate conventions, technical documents demand accurate terminology, and certificates must meet submission requirements. Our translators consider each document's purpose and context so the translation preserves its meaning, function and style.
Our translators and process
Every translator must pass a test translation before joining our network. We select translators by language pair, subject expertise and professional background. Our projects follow three stages: translation → review → final proofreading. A second translator reviews the draft, focusing on terminology and formatting. We then make a final check before delivery.
Every translator signs a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). We transfer project files through encrypted channels and archive or delete them after completion according to your instructions.
We welcome applications from interpreters across all languages for ongoing collaboration. Relevant translation or interpreting qualifications are an advantage. View interpreting opportunities →
