Frequently asked questions

Practical answers about arranging a translation for use in China or overseas. Contact us if you need help with a specific document.

What should I send to get a quote?

Send clear scans, photos or digital files by WeChat or email. Tell us the source and target languages, what the translation is for and when you need it. For an official submission in China, include any instructions from the receiving institution. We assess the length, language pair and subject matter, and usually provide a detailed quote and estimated turnaround time within 1–2 hours. You can also call to discuss your requirements.

Can you meet my submission deadline?

Tell us your deadline when requesting a quote. Standard certificates can usually be translated the same day; ordinary business documents typically take 1–3 working days. Longer or more complex projects need an agreed schedule. We confirm the turnaround time in the quote. If your deadline is close, ask about a rush service so we can check availability.

Who translates my documents, and how are they checked?

Every translator must pass a test translation before joining our network. Your project follows three stages: translation → review → final proofreading. After the initial translation, a second translator checks terminology and formatting. A final check takes place before delivery. If an institution has given you specific wording or formatting instructions, send these with your files.

Can I get a translation with a company seal for an official application?

Yes. We provide certified translation with company seal for purposes such as notarization at a notary public office, visa applications, overseas credential verification and court filings. Before ordering, ask the receiving institution what translation format and certification it requires, then send us those instructions. Our company seal certifies the translation; it is not notarization, and acceptance remains subject to that institution's requirements.

How will you protect my personal or business documents?

Every translator signs a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), and project files are transferred through encrypted channels. After the project, we archive or delete files according to your instructions. We do not share them outside the project without permission or use them for other purposes. Let us know if your organization has specific confidentiality requirements.

Can you translate my documents into Chinese or another language?

We work in 80+ languages and handle translation into and out of Chinese, as well as between other languages. These include English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Russian, Spanish, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Arabic, Khmer, Burmese and Lao, along with less commonly requested languages such as Estonian and Azerbaijani. Send us your language pair and document type so we can confirm availability for your project.

What if I spot an error after delivery?

Contact us with the relevant passage and a description of the issue. Within the agreed revision period, we correct translation issues such as inconsistent terminology or formatting errors free of charge. We follow through until you confirm that the issue has been resolved.

Can you issue an invoice for reimbursement or company accounts?

Yes. As a registered translation company, we can issue a Chinese VAT general invoice or VAT special invoice (fapiao). Tell us which type you need and provide your billing details when placing the order. If the invoice is for your employer, check its reimbursement requirements first.
