The Right Translator for Your Project
We select translators based on the subject matter, source and target languages, intended use, and specific requirements of your documents.
- Legal Documents: We prioritize translators with a legal background or relevant legal translation experience.
- Technical Documents: We select translators familiar with your industry and its terminology.
- Academic Papers: We prioritize translators with a background in the relevant discipline.
All translators must pass a translation test before joining our network. Certificates are translated by professional translators and then issued with our company seal.
Quality Assurance
Every project follows a three-stage process:
1. Translation: A translator with relevant subject expertise prepares the initial draft, accurately conveying the original content in language suited to the document's purpose and style.
2. Review: A second translator checks the draft against the source for accuracy, completeness, and consistent terminology, paying particular attention to names, figures, dates, and other key details.
3. Final Proofreading: We check the wording, layout, and formatting to ensure that the completed translation meets the agreed requirements.
For large projects, translators and reviewers use a shared glossary to maintain consistent terminology across all documents.
Delivery and Confidentiality
We deliver translations in common formats such as Word and PDF. We can also follow your templates or the receiving institution's formatting requirements.
Turnaround times depend on document length, subject complexity, language pair, and formatting needs. For urgent projects, we assess the schedule and, where appropriate, assign multiple translators, with a coordinated review to maintain consistency.
All translators sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), and project files are transferred through encrypted channels. Once the project is complete, we archive or delete your source documents and translations according to your instructions. We do not share them outside the project team without your permission or use them for any other purpose.
